day two of d-tox

i'm confused.

very confused.

and foggy.

i can't really think clearly.

focus is off.

balance is weak.

i didn't expect this at all.

i spend half of my time in the washroom. i can't take jack for a 30 minute walk without ducking into a local starbucks.

drinking lots of tea though. i fell in love with 'zen' tea last night at starbucks. will purchase a box to help get through the 'fogginess' of this d-tox.

it isn't so bad. i expect the good will come tomorrow or the next day.

then i will have great things to report.

until then.
