laugh everyday
life my life as possibility
take the advance course in landmark
try 1 new vegetable a month
eat breakfast
yoga 3 times a week
follow a budget
take breaks (even from these)
read a book a month
explore the city i live in
drink 8 glasses of water a day
notice the abundance around me (pick up money off the ground)
take a class
take on a creative project a month
